Convenor sits between OnLead's AI Leads and live engagements. When a practitioner Lead is in conversation with a visitor and engagement intent surfaces, Convenor takes over to scope outcome, stakeholders, timeline and success criteria, then drafts a proposal. The named Convenor practitioner for the visitor's practice (Rod globally, Cami in UK, Walt in US) is who they speak with.
You don't open Convenor directly. Start by speaking with an AI Lead via the Boardroom or any Lead-branded domain (changelead.ai, innovationlead.ai, auditlead.ai etc.). When the conversation becomes about engaging us for real work, the AI Lead will offer to bring Convenor in.
